Alexandra Stephanie Audate is a partner at Audate & Flemmings, PA. Prior to going into private practice, she was a staff attorney at Catholic Legal Services for three (3) years. During the course of her career, she has been the lead attorney on hundreds of cases. She has with over four years of experience representing immigrant clients in Federal and State Court. Prior to practicing law, she was a victim rights advocate for eight years.
She is a proud member of the Black Lives Matter Alliance of Broward and the Broward Immigrant Justice Coalition. She is the lead person for the Florida Repeal Stand Your Ground Committee which is a group of lawyers, advocates and community organizers whose main goal is to educate the community about the Florida stand your ground law and to lobby in Tallahassee for a repeal of the law.
On her spare time, Alexandra enjoys painting, traveling and reading books about history and Black Feminism. She is fluent in English, French, Creole and Spanish. She is currently learning American Sign Language
