Attorney Frantz Destin represents individuals and companies in a wide array of litigation matters in state and federal court. Currently, his practice focuses on cases involving premises liability, products liability, and medical malpractice. He handles and manages cases from the filing of initial pleadings through trial and appeal. Mr. Destin has successfully represented clients in contract, employment, misappropriation of image, defamation, commercial and marine property, construction, and environmental cleanup disputes. For example, he obtained a summary judgment on behalf of an insurer in a $1.5 million breach of contract case in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Destin is active in several bar associations, including the Haitian Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and American Bankruptcy Institute. He serves the broader community by representing clients pro bono as part of the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Ensuring Equal Justice initiative. He also volunteers for Little Haiti Football Club
