Congratulations to Stacey Bazile, 1L, at Florida International University College of Law on being selected as a 2025 HLA Scholarship Recipient!
 
Stacey’s vision for the next decade includes advocating for human rights globally, particularly in developing nations like Haiti, while potentially serving as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer in the U.S. Air Force. She is also passionate about academia and hopes to mentor future legal minds through teaching and research in international law and public policy.
