Stephanie Ducheine-Welsh

Attorney Stephanie Ducheine-Welsh is a trial attorney who represents victims and families who have been injured as a result of another’s negligence. 100% of her practice is devoted to litigation cases involving automobile accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability and wrongful death among other areas of personal injury litigation. Ms. Ducheine- Welsh also represents property owners with claims involving insurance disputes.

 

Ms. Ducheine-Welsh began her legal career practicing civil and insurance defense litigation. She has litigated all aspects of automobile insurance fraud/SIU claims, personal injury defense and health care claims. She has represented multiple clients including Wal-Mart Corporation, USAA, State Farm Insurance Company, Allstate Insurance Company, Progressive and The Hartford.

 

Ms. Ducheine-Welsh now represents injured victims in the same types of cases in both state and federal court. Her defense experience is a tremendous benefit to her injured clients when negotiating settlements and trying cases on their behalf. As a result, she has been successful in obtaining the full policy limits in various cases including wrongful death and automobile negligence.

 

Ms. Ducheine-Welsh is licensed to practice law in Florida and is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She has been recognized by the Florida Bar for her pro bono efforts and was recently named in Legacy Magazine’s Top 40 under 40.

 

Ms. Ducheine-Welsh enjoys giving back to her community. She has contributed countless hours of community service and enjoys mentoring the youth. As a way of giving back, Ms. Ducheine-Welsh serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Legal Studies and Business Departments at Keiser University where she teaches college students the laws of Torts, Advanced Torts, Interviewing and Investigation, Civil Litigation, Business Law and Legal Ethics.
